MyTIM

The MyTIM app allows you to manage your prepaid mobile lines and fixed lines.

You can access the app using your MyTIM account, with your email address as the username. If you want to create an account associated with a fixed line, you can do so in the app by connecting to the Wi-Fi network of the TIM fiber or ADSL line you want to register.

With this version of the MyTIM app, you can:

- Register a MyTIM account to access it from the app or web
- Manage and store your preferred payment methods
- Receive assistance from an operator via chat or through the WeTIM Community
- Track your orders
- Purchase TIM offers and products

For your mobile lines, you can:

- View your remaining credit
- Get information about your tariff plan
- Check the progress of your offers through counters to control the available minutes, SMS, and GB
- View and manage active services on your line
- Top up online with just one click using a credit card, PayPal, or Satispay, or use a RicariCard and activate the Automatic Top-up service
- View credit transactions on your line

For your fixed lines, you can:

- Consult offers and active services on the line
- Access invoices from the past year
- View invoices in PDF format and download them
- Pay invoices with a credit card or PayPal
- Set up direct debits to a bank account or credit card
